What's this all about?
The different versions of the Wikipedia still contain a lot of articles of the same name which don't offer interlanguage links.With the Interwiki-Link-Checker you can help to improve the internationalisation of the Wikipedia.
How does it work?
SirJective compiles me a list of pages which bear the same name. This is already a big step forward. But the decision whether the two articles deal with the same subject can't be automated. So it has to be handled manually.How can I help?
So now it's your turn. The two different language versions have to be loaded into your browser window by means of the Interwiki-Link-Checker. Then you are able to compare these versions and fill in the form on the bottom of the page. On the basis of these entries a bot will later on produce the interlanguage links.The following terms are part of the database:
- Same lemma both Wikis
- No redirect in one of them
- No Disambiguation in one of the Wikis
- No interwiki in one of them to the other Wiki
