Language-Project dropdown
Output two dropdowns: one for language and one for project. If database connection fails, script try to
quess and change language dropdown as text field.
Parameters:
l=<language> for pre-selected (or text component value) language
p=<project> for pre-selected project
Locale namespace
Return locale namespace based on namespace number.
Parameters:
ns=<namespace number> for number returned for example page_namespace
db=<database> for project database, default is enwiki_p which use global namespace names
