Introduction
Do you know a language, and does it not yet have a Wikipedia? Or does your language have a Wikimedia project, and you want to start another project in this language? This tool is created to make it easier to start a new language edition of a Wikimedia project.
Notes:- This will not create a new wiki, but a request at MetaWiki and a test project at Wikimedia Incubator!
- There is currently no support for Wikisource and Wikiversity
