This graph is a history of nearly all commits to /trunk/phase3 after r47450 and history since June 1, 2009. (Prior commits were subject to mass operations that obfuscated the data). Not included: checkins that span /trunk/phase3 and some other directory.
The "newly new" psuedo-state is a plot of new revisions added in a given week. The "reviewed" psuedo-state is all revisions that transition from "new" to some other state in a given week.
